At the beginning of August we were kindly invited to participate in a series of photoshoots, set up by Lisa of Lisa Jade Photography and Georgie of Georgina Rose Events, along with a host of other local Gloucestershire suppliers. The aim of the shoots was to put together a collection of post-lockdown wedding set ups, for intimate weddings, to inspire and motivate everybody starting to plan (or re-plan) their big day in a socially distanced way.
The location of the shoots was the Maisemore Court, a beautiful new outdoor wedding venue, set against the stunning backdrop of lakes and greenery. Fire Flower Tipis provided a small tipi structure for the shoot to take place in and around, for two very different photoshoots.
The brief for Day 1 was ‘intimate, rustic, and relaxed’, featuring lots of woody textures, natural tones, and fantastic statement floristry.

We absolutely adore the photos that these shoots have produced, and always relish the opportunity to see our furniture and decor in different styles and settings. However, most invaluably of all the best part of these photoshoots had to be the opportunity to meet and connect with likeminded local suppliers.
2020 hasn’t been easy for the wedding and events industry, with all gatherings put on hold or dramatically restricted, however it was so great to be able to chat to others that were battling their way through the same situation, and to create relationships that will last through to the days when weddings will be allowed back as normal again.
